We do not knowingly collect any information directly from children. All information about your child is provided by you, the parent or guardian.

• Contact you about availability and next steps once we are able to take bookings

If you ask us to remove your details, or if we have not heard from you and have no ongoing waitlist relationship, we will delete your information within 12 months of your last contact with us.

Your information is held securely and is only accessed by Bizzee Beanz. It may also be processed by:

• Our website hosting provider, for the purpose of securely storing and transmitting form submissions
• Any future booking, invoicing, or childcare management software we introduce, at which point this policy will be updated accordingly

We do not share your information with any other third party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
